Explore the richly flavorful world of craft-distilled spirits during the Park Hyatt Aviara Masters of Food & Wine Event on Sunday April 26, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Following a tour of San Diego's premier distillery, enjoy a seasonal three-course meal by Chef Kurtis Habecker with specialty cocktails stirred from Ballast Point's award-winning spirits.
Tour San Diego's Ballast Point distillery to learn about the fascinating, centuries old craft. Sample the finest rum, gin and vodka, and other craft spirits infused with a new spin.
Lunch with Spirit Pairings
Following the tour, return to Park Hyatt Aviara and enjoy a spring-inspired lunch prepared by Chef Kurtis Habecker. Dine on mesquite rotisserie of beef tri tip, garlic chicken, and artisanal sausage along with one-of-a-kind cocktails made from Ballast Point medal winners.
