Join Argyle Steakhouse Chef de Cuisine Joran Bouwman on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 from 5:30p.m. - 9:30p.m. as he pairs an extraordinary four-course menu alongside Irish beer and whiskey for a delightful evening.
Reception - 5:30 p.m.
Join us for an exclusive tasting of Irish beers and whiskey cocktails. Enjoy this selection of brews in addition to tray-passed hors d'oeuvres.
Dinner - 6:30 p.m.
As a tribute to Irish cuisine, Chef Joran Bouwman presents a four-course dining experience featuring Braised Brandt Short Rib that is marinated for 48 hours in Guinness beer, slow cooked with spring onions and served with Argyle’s signature cheddar potatoes. Preluding this dish enjoy authentic Scottish Highlands Salmon marinated in fresh dill, Jameson whiskey and Dijon mustard and served over a bed of mustard greens, watercress and Macintosh apples with an Irish mustard sauce. To complete this exquisite meal, delight in a Banoffie Pie crafted by our esteemed Pastry Chef, Franck Riffaud. Pairings of Irish ciders and beers will accompany each course.
