Park Hyatt Aviara invites you to a one-of-a-kind "BYOB" event at Argyle Steakhouse that teaches you how to "Build Your Own Bordeaux" style blend with guidance from Park Hyatt Aviara's Sommelier, Rebekah Turpin and Winemaker Carlo Trinchero of Napa Valley. Afterwards, dine on an incredible four-course seasonal dinner at Argyle Steakhouse prepared by Chef de Cuisine Joran Bouwman.
